Analyst, Medicaid Compliance

• Develops standard forms and related materials that meet regulatory and organizational requirements
• Communicates and collaborates with internal and external constituents
• Provides input for decision-making and influences ethical and compliant outcomes at appropriate levels
• Manages routine regulatory tasks, including drafting regulatory correspondence and responding to routine regulatory inquiries
• Prepares routine regulatory reports, filings, and follow-ups, and supports regulatory review and audit activities
• Contributes to an effective compliance program by assessing risk, auditing, and monitoring compliance, maintaining effective compliance policies and procedures, and facilitating training and ongoing communication with key constituents

• Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industry
• 0-2 years work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Medicaid experience (any area: case management, provider operations, benefits, etc.)
• Legal exposure (e.g., paralegal, contracts, regulatory interpretation)
• Project management interest or experience (e.g., Six Sigma, process improvement)
