Job Description

In the role of Analyst: Paid Search Activation and Enablement, you will be a part of the Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement team, responsible for delivering critical Paid Search channel marketing capabilities, campaigns, and innovation. This team plays a significant part in delivering on revenue-driving business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Leverage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 to centrally manage day-to-day campaigns and optimizations, maximizing performance delivered through PPC channel
  • Launch new campaigns, monitor competitive environment, and track budgets for PPC program
  • Support marketing teams and Search team leaders to develop search roadmaps that support both marketing priorities and channel best practices
  • Work with other analysts and managers in the team, alongside the Performance Channel Analytics team and Marketing team, to create and implement data-led strategies that deliver against the marketing plans
  • Support the internal finance process and monthly invoicing process
  • Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve, innovate, and maintain competitive advantage
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketers and supporting agencies
  • Collate and distribute information for internal presentations and reporting
  • Present to internal stakeholders in the marketing team and other central teams
  • Work with the Analytics team on “test and learn” activities to innovate and establish best practices for SEM
  • Develop and manage Google Looker dashboards to support ongoing performance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder presentations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering results against goals
  • 2+ years experience paid search activation, specifically with Google and Bing
  • Google Adwords Certification
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Skilled at clear, concise communication
  • Experience managing budgets in a target-driven environment
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with strong numerical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
  • A curiosity for the wider digital marketing landscape
  • Bachelor’s Degree
