Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Benefit and Offers Marketing: developing annual plans to deliver Canada ICS customer marketing objectives, including marketing / operational excellence, customer relevance, scalable engagement and healthy returns on non-acquisition investment. The successful individual will execute the marketing plan, and will align and coordinate across ICS stakeholder teams on the investment plan, expected outcomes and post campaign performance analysis. This team will work in close partnership with non-acquisition investment stakeholders to align on plans, develop and execute marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness to optimize impact and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop annual customer marketing plan, bringing along key stakeholders to ensure enterprise objectives are met
  • Deliver flawless execution of the marketing plan, with a step-up on controls and marketing excellence to meet our regulatory, compliance requirements and deliver on our promise to customers
  • Improve the customer experience with relevant, timely and synchronized marketing and cohesive & holistic treatment strategies throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Prioritize fewer initiatives, with a focus on more meaningful and impactful strategies which drive measurable and material business impact
  • Define, implement and optimize an operating model working across stakeholders to intake ICS customer objectives and execute marketing plans in coordination with local and central teams

Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing, business and/or professional experience in these domains
  • Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management
  • Experience in project management and marketing delivery in a matrix organization
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
  • Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners evaluation
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and growth mindset with superior attention to detail

  • Must be a proficient in use of Excel and Power Point and be comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite + adaptable to using emerging AI tools
