Job Description:

This position will assist in the preparation of market sales team performance analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings, owner requests, stakeholder updates, and new participating hotels. This position would need to accurately generate, process, analyze all market sales and property specific reports and serve as the primary source for the majority of reporting and analytical needs of the market teams and Senior Director, Sales & Distribution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation of market sales team performance analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at market sales strategy meetings, owner requests, stakeholder updates, and new participating hotels
  • Accurately generate, process, analyze all market sales and property specific reports and serve as the primary source for the majority of reporting and analytical needs of the market teams and Senior Director, Sales & Distribution
  • Demand generation + new business development across segments from identified source markets internationally & specific segments - Asia, Western Markets, Sports & Entertainment, Special Corporate & Government
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., new leads, revenues) in systems involved in the sales process
  • Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to: inputting sales leads, monitoring hotel revenue updates, educating property teams with system updates, global goal tool submissions
  • Compile market sales group pace, weekly powerBI reports, ANZP high value group lead reports
  • Events execution & pull through with marketing & Ops team
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
  • Administration – ensure cluster office administration effectiveness
