Job Description:

Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of CVS store physical inventories using Excel and SAP software to reconcile/analyze inventory on-hand and physical inventory counts to correctly depict store shrink/swell results

Job Responsibility:

Timely and accurate reconciliation of CVS store physical inventories
Use Excel and SAP software to reconcile/analyze inventory on-hand and physical inventory counts
Review SKU & NDC level details to identify and address any discrepancies affecting the outcome of the reconciliation

Requirements:

1+ years of prior inventory accounting, general accounting, or finance related experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting required or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Nice to have:

Prior experience with SAP Software
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and shrink principles
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access & Excel
Strong analytical, decision making, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple teams
Ability to plan and prioritize workloads both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Proven process improvement / quality oriented characteristics
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
