Job Description:

The main focus of the role will be upon Settlement of Intercompany positions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare Finance BV settlement proposal
  • Send Finance BV settlement proposal to BV
  • Net AP & AR (Marking invoices– as settled)
  • Prepare the proposal of cash settlement
  • Pay AP Voucher and close AP open item
  • Record payment to close AR
  • Monitor and chase to ensure timely settlement compliant with policy
  • Investigate and resolve simple disputes, escalating to senior analyst where unable to resolve

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
  • 1-3 years of transactional accounting experience in a corporate environment
