Job Description:

Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz, delivering IT solutions that drive digitalization. The team works on IT infrastructure projects, data centers, networks, security, and application platforms, providing end-to-end IT solutions worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Monitoring applications and underlying servers
resolving issues in monitoring tools
preparing technical documentation
handling operational tasks such as performance and root cause analysis

Requirements:

Monitoring applications and underlying servers (Linux/Windows)
resolving issues/alerts in monitoring tools (Dynatrace)
preparation of technical documentations
basic Linux/Windows system administration
handling L1/L2 operational tasks such as performance and root cause analysis, runbook-based resolution of incidents
ensuring sufficient cover to support the operational shifts
escalation and notification of production issues
