The Analyst, In-Home Distribution will join the team to oversee and ensure the proper execution of all administrative processes related to commercial agreements across the region. This role plays a key enabling function between Commercial, Legal, Finance, and external clients, ensuring contract governance, documentation accuracy, billing control, and centralized regional visibility. The purpose of the role is to provide operational rigor, compliance, and process efficiency to support the commercial strategy in the South Cone markets.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage commercial contracts using approved legal templates
Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and version control
Maintain administrative control of customer and departmental contracts
Oversee the loading, tracking, and monitoring of contracts and related documentation in internal systems
Monitor billing processes and ensure alignment with contractual terms
Prepare and process OPs (Order Payments) for vendor payments
Support documentation and information requests required for customer credit analysis
Centralize and consolidate commercial and contractual information across South Cone countries
Ensure consistency and visibility of data across markets
Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and external clients regarding documentation and contractual matters
Act as a liaison between Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements
Compile and organize relevant market information (retail pricing, new releases, product launches, etc.) to support commercial decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
