Job Responsibility:

  • Support the S3 Chief and Deputy with coordinating Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities, assigning projects, and serving as the primary contact for programmatic inquiries
  • Guide account teams and test coordinators on best practices and tools for effective program management
  • For RTC and ATEC program management tools, manage user access, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with programmers to find solutions
  • Generate reports to track project statuses, finances, and milestones
  • Before a project is retired, ensure all milestones and documentation are complete and coordinate with the RTC S8 for financial disposition
  • Help improve RTC processes, assist with meeting scheduling and presentation, and ensure accurate contractor timekeeping within S3

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and Six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties
  • or an Associate’s Degree and eight (8) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area
  • or ten (10) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area
  • or ten (10) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof, may be substituted for the education requirements
  • Program Analyst – four (4) years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects
  • collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects
  • writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance
