The (USA) Analyst III, Technology Operations, plays a critical role in managing and supporting technology projects of small to medium complexity. This position involves overseeing financial management, program estimation, risk assessment, and business operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires effective communication and stakeholder engagement to monitor project progress, address challenges, and drive successful outcomes. The analyst supports technology process improvements and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver business solutions while maintaining compliance with company policies and promoting operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Assess program/ project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities and organizational goals.
Develop and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to report progress, issues, and recommendations.
Support the creation of business cases and technology process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and key milestones.
Apply program/ project management tools and frameworks to track and control project performance.
Requirements:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of small to medium complexity initiatives.
Strong financial management skills with the ability to oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and governance processes.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of business operations, KPIs, and technology landscape relevant to supporting strategic objectives.
Ability to assess risks, identify resources, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 1 year experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
