Job Description

This is a fulltime position to be part of the OTC Team. Candidates with 11 + years experience in SAP Sales & Distribution are required. Solution Design & Architecture, Business Process Analysis, Configuration & Customization, Project / Team Leadership, Team Mentorship, Issue Resolution & Support, Documentation & Compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions tailored to business needs
  • Integrate SD with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Configure SAP SD modules (sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.)
  • Customize functionalities using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points
  • Lead SAP SD implementation or upgrade projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Guide junior consultants and provide training to end-users
  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Handle escalated support tickets and critical issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
  • Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test cases
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations

Requirements

  • SAP functional background
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD
  • Experience with Fiori apps, ABAP debugging, and integration tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
  • 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations
