Job Description:

The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to end-users, and ensuring seamless Finance Processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Various day-to-day support to existing Internal SAP customers in terms of incident and change request handling
  • Participate in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle
  • Assist in analyzing phases of upcoming projects
  • Implement and configure SAP FICO modules, including GL, Asset Accounting, AR, AP, Basic Banking, Basic Controlling
  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP FICO solutions for process improvement and upcoming projects
  • Work with Finance teams to ensure Finance processes/ functionalities are efficiently managed
  • Provide support and training to end-users on SAP FICO processes and functionalities
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP FICO
  • Create and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes
  • Result driven – focused on targets and project plans
  • Design, optimization and further development of Finance business processes within the existing IT landscape
  • Requirement as well as process analysis together with the business within the existing SAP landscape

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP FICO Configurations
  • Experience in FICO Module - Implementation/Roll-out/AMS
  • Experience with SAP systems design & visualization based on business processes
  • Experience in customizing and setup within SAP FICO Module as well as SAP Service
  • Experience with full-life cycle ERP implementation
  • Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s degree plus qualifying working experience) or practical experience in Finance
  • Strong professional experience in SAP FICO and SAP Service consultancy or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced experience in process design as well as in project management within Finance area
  • Strong interpersonal skills, also in an intercultural environment
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training (Train-the-Trainer approach)
  • Strong communicative skills - in English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Finance month end close would be an advantage.
