Job Responsibility:

  • support Revenue Managers in day-to-day revenue management activities across our hotel portfolio
  • turn data into insights by analysing hotel performance, market trends, and competitor behaviour
  • monitor performance by segment and channel, spotting risks and revenue opportunities early
  • support inventory and distribution accuracy, ensuring correct rates and availability across all channels
  • prepare sharp analyses, reports, and presentations for revenue strategy and performance meetings
  • support forecasting and budgeting processes, contributing to reviews, critiques, and performance tracking
  • maintain and improve revenue reporting and dashboards, while continuously growing your revenue expertise through training and collaboration

Requirements:

  • a strong hospitality background through hotel management training or studies, paired with first, solid, hands-on revenue experience
  • numbers-savvy mind with knowledge of core revenue KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR)
  • bright analytical mind with a love for structure and clean data, always keeping an eye on quality and happily spotting (and fixing) little errors before they matter
  • curious, open-minded and proactive, eager to learn, take ownership, and bring fresh ideas that add real value - always in line with our values and team spirit
