This role supports the Productivity & Operational Strategy function in building the systems, governance, and reporting disciplines that underpin our global productivity agenda. Reporting into the Chief of Staff, this role sits at the centre of Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Transformation, offering high visibility and hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the build, configuration, and rollout of a new global Productivity Tool
Help embed the tool across the organisation through user onboarding, training materials, and process mapping
Support data validation, governance routines, and quality controls as adoption scales
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of the tool
Partner closely with Finance to establish consistent valuation and benefit-tracking methodologies
Track month-to-month value delivery, variances, and initiative performance
Prepare reconciliations, insights, and materials for executive and leadership reviews
Work with Global Technology Services (GTS) and other functions to track initiative timelines, dependencies, and impacts
Maintain a clear transformation roadmap with progress indicators, risks, and issue tracking
Apply structured project management discipline to surface blockers and support timely escalation
Develop clear, compelling reporting templates, dashboards, and presentation packs
Use Excel and PowerPoint to translate complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights
Maintain a central repository of transformation artefacts and documentation
Support leadership forums, including operational reviews, transformation councils, and Steering Committees
Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analysis as required
Support senior stakeholders with preparation for executive meetings, workshops, and cross-functional reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
