An opportunity is being offered for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Global Network Banking team as an Analyst within Client Management. This role will provide exposure to multinational client coverage activities while supporting Senior Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management of client relationships and portfolio-related activities. In addition to supporting broader portfolio management responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing an assigned client portfolio and handling day-to-day client servicing requirements under the guidance of senior team members. The role will involve close coordination with internal stakeholders across products, operations, implementation, compliance, and support teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and delivery of high-quality client service. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to build a career within corporate banking and client relationship management in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility
Support will be provided to Senior Relationship Managers
An individual portfolio of multinational clients will be managed on a day-to-day basis
Client requests, onboarding documentation, and administrative processes will be coordinated and followed up in a timely manner
Assistance will be provided in the preparation of client meeting materials, presentations, account plans, and internal reports.
Coordination with internal product and support teams will be maintained to support day-to-day client servicing activities
Client information, portfolio data, and pipeline updates will be monitored and maintained accurately
Support will be provided for client meetings, business development activities, and internal projects where required
Internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements will be observed and followed
Industry developments and client-related information will be monitored to support portfolio management activities
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline is required
Internship experience or up to 1 year of relevant experience within banking or financial services will be considered an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment are required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities will be valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required
Fluency in English is required
