The EHS Analyst supports the development, tracking, and continuous improvement of Group 1 Automotive’s Environment, Health & Safety performance metrics, programs, reports and training. This role enables data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing safety and environmental data across all U.S. dealerships, collision centers, and corporate facilities. The EHS Analyst is a key member of the safety team, helping to drive accountability, transparency, and process improvement across the enterprise.
Job Responsibility:
Learning & Development Support – Maintain safety training content (e.g., onboarding, eLearning, toolbox talks)
track LMS metrics and support continuous improvement in training delivery
Data Collection & Validation – Aggregate EHS data from dealership and regional safety teams
Metrics & Reporting – Maintain EHS dashboard
publish monthly scorecards and reports
Incident Analytics – Conduct trend analysis on safety incidents, injuries and vehicle incidents
Regulatory Tracking – Support compliance monitoring and flag overdue items
