Job Description:

Crow Holdings seeks an Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy and Investments team, which is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business initiatives and growth opportunities across the enterprise. The Analyst will work closely with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and support in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, market research, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation. This role is based in our Old Parkland Headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the team to support the evaluation and analysis of strategic investments, M&A, and corporate growth initiatives through research, financial analysis, and execution support across real estate and non‑real estate opportunities
  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including entity level and portfolio valuations along with joint venture and merger analysis, to assess financial feasibility of prospective business opportunities or initiatives
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations and proposals for leadership, investment committees, or the Board of Directors to analyze opportunities and inform recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with divisions and stakeholders across the company to drive organizational and business unit growth
  • Support the analysis and development of new platforms and joint ventures by coordinating with partners, investor coverage team, and internal/external counsel and assisting with investor materials and communications
  • Conduct market research and engage with intermediaries such as consultants, bankers/advisors, and external counsel to understand market trends and tailor opportunities to meet investors’ strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise and with contacts throughout the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Accounting)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong interest in engaging in new subject areas and ability to demonstrate versatility as projects evolve
  • passion for exploring and analyzing a variety of businesses and industries
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate, energy, and defense preferred
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, project management, and quantitative/modeling skills
