The Department analyst is responsible for performing many tasks for the Medical Products Division. This position is responsible for performing and driving analysis and supporting decisions for several tasks under the US Hospital Products Division, solving complex requests received through different sources (i.e. but not limited to emails, mailboxes, Price Activations tools, SharePoint). Works collaboratively with the Sales, Contracts Management Team, Customer Service, Customer Master, Supply Chain. He/she is required as one of the main contacts within the team thru mid and high-level managers depending on the situation using different means of communication. Will assume the incremental workload for the Vizient and Premier Resign, Alt Sides incremental and process improvement initiatives. The person in this position needs to have enough knowledge of the Commercial Operations policies to answer all the inquiries under his/her responsibility. It is a requirement that the person must be organized, proactive, analytical and be able to work under pressure. Needs to have passion for operational productive work in a high-performance environment. Job Responsibility
Process the monthly and daily activities via Calendar to ensure compliance with established SLAs
Main contact on contract standard process analyzing different contractual terms based on customer’s commitments with Baxter, setting up those within the BAM and JDE systems
Main contact on Vaporizer failure process, RMA and Exhibits as per request analyzing different terms
Responsible for the verbal contract’s annual maintenance
Support on Product Launches, Resigns, etc.
Analyze and process any Price Increase, Price expirations critical to support Baxter’s strategy based on different business unit sales
Payments of incentives/rebates as per volume if required
Support and Creation of Agreements/Amendments for different customers
Creation and Maintenance of SOPs
Contact on escalated issues within the team and resolution supporter
Main contact on eventual corporate audit requests
One over one approval in BAM for all process
Contracts supervisor backup and project initiatives supporter
Analyze, research, make recommendations and implement solutions of business issues and opportunities, along with the US analysts, supervisors and managers
Collaborator on quality assurance contracts processes, provide feedback improvements within the team

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration (Desired) or a similar field
Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications
Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) as a requirement. B2 required
