Job Responsibility

  • Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, operations, quality, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Deliver clear, structured, and actionable insights to operational teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Automate and optimize reporting and performance tracking processes
  • Support decision-making through robust analysis and data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data management and utilization

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • You have experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent synthesis abilities
  • You have strong communication skills and can translate complex information into clear insights
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • You are comfortable working in cross-functional and performance-driven environments
  • You are proficient with BI tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), as well as SQL and advanced Excel

Nice to have

  • Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of data governance or data architecture is an asset
