This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for T-Mobile Advertising Solutions and its clients. We're adding a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets, translating information into actionable recommendations, and optimizing advertising performance through data-driven strategies. As part of the Blis Platform organization, you will work in tandem with Customer Success and Ad Operations to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and more
Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews
Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in clear and actionable ways to enhance campaign outcomes
Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as required
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses
proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to management, and peers in various departments
Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field
2+ years experience related to business intelligence
Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency, or ad-tech
One or more: DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification
Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc.
