Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance
  • Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships
  • Represent the department in internal forums, executive presentations, etc
  • Design and develop high-impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management
  • Recommend strategies that support company objectives
  • support ad-hoc requirements at department and team levels

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree
  • You have minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, a PMP is an asset
  • You have proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • You have training or experience in Change Management
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast paced working environment
