Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization
Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance
Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships
Represent the department in internal forums, executive presentations, etc
Design and develop high-impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management
Recommend strategies that support company objectives

Requirements:
You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree
You have minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, a PMP is an asset
You have proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
You have training or experience in Change Management
You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast paced working environment
You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem-solving
You have strong organization/time management skills
you deliver on your commitments
You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills
you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing
You can communicate effectively in both English and French
You have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
