Analyst / Associate – Real Estate PE

A Dallas-based real estate private equity firm with 25+ years of experience in senior living and opportunistic commercial real estate is looking to add 2–3 talented investment professionals at the Analyst through Associate level to support continued growth. The firm is currently investing out of its $400MM Fund VIII, with 70–80% allocated to senior living—a resilient, high-activity niche within real estate. They also invest across other property types, including industrial assets in Europe, and recently launched a new stabilized core fund. With a lean, high-performing team (~15 professionals) and a strong co-investment culture, this is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
