Analyst, Accounting

• Analyzes financial data, prepares financial reports, and provides insights to support decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Conducts ratio analysis, profitability analysis, and other analytical techniques to provide insights into the financial health of the organization
• Assists in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyzes financial performance, trends, and key metrics to identify patterns, variances, and areas for improvement
• Participates in the design and implementation of control procedures to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets
• Contributes to cost control measures, assesses the impact of cost changes on profitability, and provides recommendations for optimizing expenses
• Ensures accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supports the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the organization or client engagements and stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions and drive ongoing improvement initiatives

• 0-2 years work experience with Accounting knowledge/exposure
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
