Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management teams
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Reconcile and control key accounts, ensuring the reliability of accounting and financial data
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes by implementing effective internal controls
  • Work closely with various teams to monitor and optimize financial performance across the company
  • Create and update dashboards, reports, and financial indicators for performance tracking and strategic planning
  • Participate in occasional financial projects and support initiatives aimed at improving the overall performance of the company

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent, a major asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
