Job Responsibility:
Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance
Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management teams
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
Reconcile and control key accounts, ensuring the reliability of accounting and financial data
Contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes by implementing effective internal controls
Work closely with various teams to monitor and optimize financial performance across the company
Create and update dashboards, reports, and financial indicators for performance tracking and strategic planning
Participate in occasional financial projects and support initiatives aimed at improving the overall performance of the company
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification or equivalent, a major asset
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
