Job Description

The role is part of a JLL team working closely with one of our most dynamic & fast-growing clients from the multinational technology and online retail industry. JLL partners with the client to deliver a wide range of corporate real estate services. We are seeking an Onboarding Analyst for our client-dedicated team. This person will be a motivated, proactive individual, supporting the onboarding of different types of Vendors to the client’s systems. This role requires experience in communication with different type of stakeholders, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests. The role will also collaborate on a variety of cross-functional projects within the wider team.

Job Responsibility

  • Enter on/off-boarding requests from sub-contractors into Salesforce application
  • Monitor Onboards global inbox and assist vendors with questions and vendor set-up
  • Re-direct vendors to appropriate contact for requests unrelated to on-/off-boarding
  • Provide Vendor Portal access (new vendor set-up)
  • Troubleshoot vendor admin issues
  • Cooperation with the global team
  • Provide consultation to Onboards Concierge
  • Support with regular audit activities
  • Partner with other Salesforce stakeholders to understand the impact of Salesforce updates on Onboards data and user experience
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to drive Salesforce improvements for Onboards
  • Participate in program playbook/SOPs updates
  • Participate in managing program documents library to ensure documents are up-to-date and are well-organized
  • Participating in updates of Onboards webpage content

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of work experience, preferably in the real estate market
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Take initiative to solve problems and present a solution
  • Work independently, receive minimal guidance
  • Can support regional and global programs
  • Be comfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, across several time zones, in a highly dynamic organization
  • Have strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Be comfortable sharing ideas in group setting and topics at hand
  • Have strong attention to details and ownership
  • Have experience in leveraging data dashboards
  • Have a proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationships
  • Excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
  • This position will need to sit in the local office 3x per week
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills when interacting with all levels of management within the team.
