Job Responsibility:
Supports account governance through coordination, tracking, reporting, and basic technology administration
Maintains governance routines, data, and tools while partnering with stakeholders and SMEs
Governance operations and tracking - Maintain trackers and action logs, follow up with owners, validate compliance, and support recurring governance routines and deliverables
Smartsheet administration - Create and maintain Smartsheets and Forms for governance, action management, initiative management, and operational follow-ups
Reporting and insights support - Prepare recurring KPI and operational reports, assist with basic analysis, and support presentation readiness for internal and client audiences
Technology and onboarding/offboarding support - Process user access requests, execute onboarding/offboarding activities across platforms, and coordinate system provisioning and access removal for security compliance
Operations, data, and compliance support - Support data management for select account technologies and assist with audit and compliance tasks including access reviews and record retention
Communications and enablement support - Assist with onboarding communications, org chart updates, and maintenance of procedures, playbooks, and portal content
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate
1+ years of experience in operations, governance, PMO, reporting, or analyst roles
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point)
Smartsheet experience preferred
Strong organization and follow-up discipline
Comfortable working with structured trackers and reporting inputs
Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance)
Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets)
Curious, open – minded and willing to develop and challenge status quo
