Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategies to streamline warehouse and inventory processes, ensuring visibility and efficiency
Conduct PFMEA assessments to identify potential failure modes and implement preventive measures
Drive automation and AI-based analytics projects to enhance accuracy, reduce manual intervention, and improve productivity
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and HSE teams on improvement initiatives
Lead ERP/system evaluation and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with warehouse operations
Govern compliance with IMS, IATF, sustainability standards, and E&C policies
Prepare and manage BCP/BCMS for warehouse and inventory functions to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
Represent Logistics in internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-conformance
Monitor KPIs and develop improvement plans to close performance gaps
Suggest cost-saving opportunities through data mining and advanced analytics
Actively participate and support Kaizen, SGA, and continuous improvement activities to encourage innovation and team engagement
Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex operational challenges and prevent recurrence
Execute ad hoc assignments as directed by management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related business discipline
Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing or logistics operations with strong exposure to warehouse and inventory/Quality control
Deep knowledge of logistics, warehousing standards, and international supply chain practices
Strong understanding of quality standards, IMS, IATF, and sustainability frameworks
Proficiency in PFMEA, 8D problem-solving, and advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma)
Advanced skills in automation, data analytics, and AI applications for process optimization
Excellent project management capabilities with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong leadership and people management skills
ability to coach and develop teams
Proactive, self-driven, result orienteated and able to work independently
Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, and digital transformation tools
Knowledge of Business Ethics & Compliance and governance frameworks
Ability to manage audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
