Develop and execute strategies to streamline warehouse and inventory processes, ensuring visibility, enhancing efficiency and minimizing cost. Leveraging data to ensure accuracy and compliance while driving process improvement initiatives and routine tasks such as (but not limited to) : Conduct PFMEA assessments to identify potential failure modes and implement preventive measures. Requirements:

  • Experience with a minimum of 2-5 years in manufacturing or logistics operations or industrial engineering with strong exposure to warehouse and inventory/Quality control
  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic business requirements and operational complexities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related business discipline
  • Fair knowledge of logistics, warehouse standards, and international supply chain practices
  • Basic to strong understanding of quality standards, IMS, IATF, and sustainability frameworks
  • Understanding and experience in PFMEA, 8D problem-solving, and advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma)
