Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in Service Management Tool, prioritizing urgency and user impact. Escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Identify areas for process optimization, develop and implement solutions, and track their effectiveness over time
  • Provide support with testing activities and maintain test documentation to support high-quality deliverables
  • Drive and safeguard data consistency across HR IT systems
  • Collaborate with Global Application Support Specialists, developers and with other support teams
  • Provide continuous support and consulting to the HR data maintenance country teams
  • Create support and training documents
  • Advise and support stakeholders on requirements and solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT departments in an international context
  • Handling and management of Change Requests, assuring that the process is running as defined

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Computer Sciences (IT), Business Management, Social Sciences or similar
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an international environment in the HR or IT area
  • General overview of SAP HR PY, PT, PA and OM/PM(Organization Management and Position Management)
  • Logical, structured, proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams
  • Global mindset, team oriented, strong communication skills and interest in learning
  • Reasonable knowledge in MS office tools
