Job Description:

Position at W Macau - Studio City, part of an integrated resort featuring 557 stylish guest rooms with city or Cotai views. The role involves administrative tasks, quality assurance, and maintaining hygiene standards while providing excellent guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Update records, files, reservations
Answer inquiries from guests
Protect company assets
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

Transmit information or documents using a computer
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports)
Proofread and edit written information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices (e.g., pagers, two-way radios, email)
Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball
Operate standard office equipment other than computers
Follow all company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
