Job Description

Responsible for managing the operations of the finance department, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and on time.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage budgeting and work flows for different departments
  • Ensure timely and accurate book keeping for Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done timely
  • Ensure legal standards are followed in all activities of the department
  • Be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining an MIS
  • Manage client accounting, drafting contracts, executing them and making necessary checks on behalf of the client
  • Manage Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. contracts with clients, vendors and external entities
  • Draft & review contracts as per company policies
  • Be responsible for maintaining a repository of all legal documents including agreements, contracts, MOUs, etc.
  • Manage Day-to Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis
  • Manage the P&L Statements by department on monthly basis
  • Assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors
  • Ensure monthly/ Quarterly and Annually tax compliances
  • Work in implementing various processes and controls in place
  • Assist team in completing the set activities on timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in Legal and Corporate Secretarial compliance
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • B.Com or any Accounting degree
  • 2 to 3 years of industry experience
  • Previous experience in a multinational Hospitality industries or Corporate Offices
