Job Description

Airpelago is looking for a Project & Insights Manager to build and scale the company’s analysis operations as demand grows across Europe. The role focuses on process, delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring inspection data from drone technology is analyzed efficiently and delivered with high quality and reliability.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and structure the analysis operations function
  • Define and implement processes for how analysis work is performed and delivered
  • Coordinate analysts, consultants, and external partners to ensure delivery capacity
  • Lead analysis-related projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and cost optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, tools, or AI
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure the platform supports operational needs

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in project management, operations, or service delivery
  • Experience leading teams or coordinating consultants
  • Comfortable improving processes and building structure
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical curiosity
  • Understand the commercial side of operations, including cost control and efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving organization
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience from the power or grid infrastructure sector
  • Additional languages
