Are you an experienced project leader or operations builder who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and building teams that deliver at scale? Airpelago is now looking for a Project & Insights Manager who will take responsibility for building and scaling the company’s analysis operations as demand continues to grow across Europe. In this role, you will focus on process, delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring that inspection data collected through Airpelago’s drone technology can be analyze efficiently and delivered to customers with high quality and reliability. This is a role for someone who enjoys turning early-stage structures into robust and scalable operations, while balancing people, processes, and commercial priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and structure the analysis operations function
  • Define and implement processes for how analysis work is performed and delivered
  • Coordinate analysts, consultants, and external partners to ensure delivery capacity
  • Lead analysis-related projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and cost optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, tools, or AI
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure the platform supports operational needs
