Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Director

SCALINX is seeking a highly influential Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design team leader with strong technical and managerial skills. The candidate will have a track record of driving multiple product deliveries and operational excellence in a fast paced, dynamic environment. She/he will manage and grow a team of ~25 AMS architects/design/layout engineers to develop analog/mixed-signal functional blocks to be integrated in complex SoCs, including high-speed A/D and D/A converters, low-jitter PLL and others support functions.
