Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
  • Review arcade and machine performances
  • Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
  • High standards are maintained throughout the site
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
  • Ensure a good working environment for your team
  • Motivating training and developing your team
  • Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner

Requirements:

  • Great guest service and communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
  • Honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
  • High-level of attention to detail
  • Available full time including weekdays weekends and holidays
  • Able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
  • Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
  • Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
  • Self-directed and highly motivated
  • Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
  • Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
