Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
  • Review arcade and machine performances
  • Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
  • High standards are maintained throughout the site
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
  • Ensure a good working environment for your team
  • Motivating, training and developing your team
  • Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner

Requirements

  • Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
  • Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
  • Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
  • Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
  • Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
  • Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
  • Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
  • You will be self-directed and highly motivated

Nice to have

  • Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
  • Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)

  • Maintain daily updates to credit card reconciliations, ensuring they align with transmissions and receipts while adhering to strict data security protocols
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations to confirm that balances align with the outstanding credit card balance per the reconciliations
  • Ensure post-departure allowances are properly documented, approved as per local policy, and included in the SR-5 report
  • Regularly review General Ledger accounts for Room, Food & Beverage, Amusement, and General Sales and Value Added Taxes, preparing a monthly summary of activity
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to approve the summary, comparing taxable revenue on the monthly P&L statement to the liability balance at month-end, and resolve any discrepancies
