This role is dedicated for supporting regional UAT Team (Poland GTS) in delivering testing services for AML Detection applications (backend testing) like Markets/Cards EAP, Big Data Repository, Mantas. In addition to backend testing (which is most common), team is also engaged in performing UAT for frontend applications like AML Case Management or QA Tools. The purpose of this role is to Coordinate, Design & Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes in Databases/DataFlows to ensure that all AML processes, systems implementations and upgrades, changes, fixes are robustly tested, and any issues and defects are resolved ahead of production release.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on cutting-edge AML systems like Mantas (Oracle DB), EAP (BigData platform), Citi Voyager
Coordinate a team of testers, overseeing all aspects of UAT, from planning and execution to defect management and reporting
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive UAT test cases, leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance coverage and efficiency
Identify, document, and track defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, guiding and mentoring junior team members
Identify opportunities to optimize UAT processes and contribute to our ongoing evolution
Provide guidance on AML systems, solutions, typologies, risks, and industry best practices
Requirements:
5-8 years of testing experience
Minimum of 3 years specifically in AML
Deep understanding of AML applications, procedures, typologies, and best practices
At least intermediate knowledge of relationship databases, SQL and strong motivation to further develop in this area
Knowledge and understanding of statistical tools like Anaconda, R-Studio, SaS
Proficiency in testing tools like Jira and Zephyr
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Python, or Generative AI tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum English language proficiency equivalent to B2 level (CEFR)
Nice to have:
Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
Knowledge of big data platforms and related technologies
ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced level)
