Inspired Education Group is seeking to appoint a Senior Digital Executive to join our Global Marketing team. Based in Mexico City and supporting our portfolio of schools across the Americas. Reporting to the Head of Social and Digital Engagement, this role will be responsible for delivering high-impact organic social and paid digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, enrolment, and retention. The Senior Digital Executive will work collaboratively with central and regional digital teams, school leadership, and performance marketing colleagues to implement best-in-class social media strategies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, requiring strong digital expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for developing high-performing owned channels within a global education environment.
Job Responsibility:
Build and develop a centre of excellence for social media across Inspired schools in the Americas, ensuring robust, progressive, and effective strategies are in place
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of organic social strategies across Inspired’s owned school channels
Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to build, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Work with individual schools to understand their priorities and ensure digital strategies are relevant, aligned, and impactful
Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance performance and create new revenue streams
Implement innovative approaches to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand equity across social channels
Ensure social media activity supports enrolment, retention, and overall brand objectives across the region
Optimise social campaign delivery to maximise return on investment and business impact
Track, analyse, and report on key KPIs related to brand awareness, engagement, ROI, and retention
Share best practices, insights, and performance learnings with central and regional marketing teams to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years’ proven experience in organic and paid social media, ideally within a multinational or complex marketing environment
Hands-on experience managing social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Strong experience activating, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and oversee high-quality digital content outputs
Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools to drive insight-led decision making
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach to work
The ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional stakeholders while working independently when required
A passion for digital marketing, innovation, and continuous learning within a fast-paced environment
