Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead tax planning and compliance across our operations in the Americas. Reporting to Global Head of TAX, this role will focus on international tax structuring, corporate tax review (especially in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Canada, Perú, Chile and Brazil), and ensuring accurate tax reporting and forecasting. Direct Manages: Indirect tax manager in USA and Latam Tax Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • International tax planning: Advise on tax-efficient structuring of cross-border operations, including company formations, corporate restructurings, acquisitions, financing, and capitalizations
  • Local Tax Optimization: Design and implement structures to minimize local tax burdens for America´s subsidiries. This includes coordinating with local external tax advisors to ensure optimal tax treatment of the Group’s operations in each jurisdiction
  • Corporate Tax Review: Oversee corporate income tax compliance and planning, with a particular focus on the United States, Puerto Rico, Canadá and Brazil
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including tax accounting and cash tax forecasting
  • Ongoing Tax Advisory: Provide continuous support to group entities on direct and indirect tax matters
  • Tax Audits: Assist in managing and responding to tax audits and inspections
  • Transfer Pricing: Ensure consistent application of the group’s transfer pricing policies and maintain compliance through proper documentation
  • Maintenance of the ERP system to ensure that tax indicators are kept up to date with any changes in tax regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in international taxation, preferably within multinational corporations or Big Four firms
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations in key countries across the Americas, especially in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English – C1
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to tax accounting and reporting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures
