Job Responsibility:
Lead AMER engineering teams to exceed contractual obligations and client expectations while collaborating closely across other JLL business functions
Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and driving operational improvements
Develop deep client business intelligence to anticipate needs and deliver strategic value
Achieve agreed financial targets while maintaining exceptional service quality standards
Ensure seamless delivery across mechanical, electrical, critical environments, and fire life safety systems
Drive compliance with KPIs, service levels, and client delivery methodologies
Optimize standard operating procedures and implement best practices across AMER operations
Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence in all service delivery activities
Partner with Platform SMEs, Technical Management, Space & Occupancy, IT, Security, EHS teams, and strategic partners
Support regional initiatives while maintaining AMER consistency and quality standards
Translate complex technical requirements into business solutions that drive client success
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
10+ years in senior-level IFM or technical leadership roles
Subject matter expert in hard services with integrated facilities management focus
Proven track record managing facilities across multiple regions and locations
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical environment systems
Experience with contract, budget, schedule, and invoice management
Proven ability to deliver complex IFM programs successfully
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approach
Exceptional team leadership skills with a focus on growing talent for the future
Ability to balance client interests with business objectives
Experience managing client sensitivities and escalation protocols
