Job Description:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Amenities Supervisor to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). You will manage daily Amenity operations, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Amenity program and In-Room Dining areas
  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of amenities and food & beverage to guest rooms
  • Monitor staff performance, maintain discipline, and provide coaching where necessary
  • Manage daily requisitions for amenities, food, beverage, and operational equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of service areas
  • Inspect guest rooms highlighted by management to ensure standards are met
  • Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams regarding service, special requests, and guest feedback
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and personnel documentation for Amenity and In-Room Dining staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Support preparation and execution of departmental amenity programs
  • Attend Food & Beverage meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • hospitality management experience preferred
  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Proven experience in hotel amenities, In-Room Dining, or food & beverage supervision
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in Greek is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus
