We are seeking an Amdocs Order Management Specialist with strong technical knowledge of Amdocs Enabler OMS, Telecom BSS/OSS flows, and operational support environments. The role requires end‑to‑end understanding of telecom business processes, hands‑on expertise in Unix, SQL, PL/SQL, and a background in incident, problem, and service‑request management. The individual will support critical applications, ensure KPI/SLA adherence, manage operational improvements, and contribute to transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide L2 support for Amdocs OMS, CRM, Billing, Rating, and associated BSS applications, ensuring stability, timely issue resolution, and SLA compliance
Lead initiatives to reduce incidents, service requests, and operational challenges through proactive analysis and continuous improvement
Support cross‑functional teams including Mediation, CRM, Provisioning, DWH, and Customer Operations, addressing escalations and ensuring efficient bill cycles
Identify automation opportunities, enhance operational KPIs, and participate in IT transformation programmes
Perform configuration changes, system health checks, batch processing, bug identification, triaging, and deployment support
Contribute to WAR ROOM investigations, capacity planning, monitoring enhancement, and stakeholder management
Collaborate with international teams in a 24x7 operations environment, ensuring compliance with ITIL/ITSM processes
