Act as the IT representative to business stakeholders and the business representative to IT teams for Amdocs MEC
Lead the identification and analysis of business drivers to derive business, information, technical and solution requirements
Analyse IT industry and market trends to assess their potential impact on the enterprise landscape
Collaborate with Business Engagement Managers to understand solution needs from a product catalogue perspective
Ensure implemented solutions meet business objectives and leverage industry best practices
Work collaboratively with central and local technology stakeholders to ensure appropriate technology infrastructure supports delivery and operations
Set clear objectives and deliverables for projects, providing technical guidance and direction to team members
Drive innovation across IT domain processes and systems in collaboration with software providers, systems integrators and business teams
Maximise the use of technology to simplify systems and processes, improving efficiency and enabling business growth
Act as a conduit for external catalogue-related requests, providing clarity on catalogue direction and objectives
