Job Responsibility

Act as a key interface between business and IT, representing both perspectives to ensure aligned outcomes for Amdocs MEC initiatives
Analyse business drivers and translate them into scalable business, information, and technical solution requirements
Lead the design, build, delivery, and stabilisation of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices
Guide vendor and system integrator selection while overseeing delivery quality, acceptance, and benefits realisation against defined KPIs
Collaborate with business engagement teams to understand catalogue requirements and ensure solutions meet evolving needs
Lead and develop a virtual team of solution designers, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Drive innovation across systems and processes, enhancing MEC product capabilities and improving delivery efficiency
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to support delivery and operational success

Requirements

An experienced professional with a strong track record in product catalogue architecture and solution design within a telecom environment, with expertise in Amdocs MEC
A collaborative leader who can guide, mentor, and inspire technical teams in a matrix organisation
Skilled in translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable IT solutions with maximum reuse
Knowledgeable in integration, data design methodologies, coding standards, and modern deployment practices
A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions in complex environments
Familiar with enterprise processes and end-to-end solution delivery, with expertise in telecom product modelling and catalogue systems
