We are seeking an experienced Amdocs Application Support Specialist to join our Operations team in Pune. This role is focused on providing Level 2 support for the Amdocs CRM6 application within the Vodafone project. The individual will be responsible for resolving operational issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring application stability through proactive troubleshooting. The role requires rotational shift work and on-call support, making it ideal for someone with a flexible approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Level 2 support for Amdocs CRM6 applications
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently
Conduct application code reviews to identify and fix defects
Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute independently
Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support schedules
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in application support
Strong knowledge of Amdocs CRM6/CSM
Proficient in Core Java and SQL/PLSQL
Demonstrates clear, solution-oriented thinking and effective communication
Open-minded and committed to maintaining high service standards
