Job Responsibility

Demonstrates expertise in surgical specialty(s) technique(s) and required resources
Consistently functions as a highly motivated team member and capably accepts additional responsibilities
Possesses a thorough knowledge of surgical instrumentation, procedures, aseptic technique, and its application
Prepares instrument sets and specific instruments as needed for scheduled, add on and emergency cases
Cleans and prepares instruments for transportation to decontamination and terminal sterilization
Assists in maintaining adequate instrument and supply inventory, checks par levels daily and orders appropriate amounts without over stocking
Communicates special equipment and instrument needs for the next day's cases
Coordinates, organizes, and prioritizes plans of care for assigned surgical patients while providing for patient care needs
Anticipates changing patient care needs and departmental situation/response
Assists in the orientation and education of teammates

Handle new GST registration applications and addition of new addresses under existing GST registrations
Prepare monthly GST returns and reconcile them with the sales and purchase registers
Ensure timely filing of all GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.
Coordinate and manage monthly GST reconciliations between books and GST returns
Monitor tax-related regulatory amendments and ensure compliance with updated tax laws
Maintain working knowledge of deferred tax provisions and ensure correct accounting treatment
Coordinate with external advisors, including Big Four firms, for preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns under the Income Tax Act, 1961
