Job Description:

Virginia Mason Medical Center, recognized among the Best Hospitals in Washington state by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our part-time opening in our Federal Way Adult Primary Care Clinic. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. We are looking for RNs to commit to 20-40 hours per week. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and facilitate quality management for a diverse outpatient population across the continuum of care
  • Provide skilled triage and assessment, patient education, and collaborate with healthcare and community resources
  • Support the care team in the provision of comprehensive patient care
  • Offer expert patient advice and guidance
  • Assist in prioritizing daily clinic workflow
  • Provide direction and oversight to team members, including Medical Assistants, ensuring clinical competency

Requirements:

  • Current WA State RN license is required
  • CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
  • This location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire
