Job Responsibility:

  • Ambassador Program Management & Growth: Lead the Ambassador community in Argentina by capturing new members and maintaining active, warm contact to foster a highly engaged network
  • Returnee Strategic Leadership: Act as the strategist for the Returnee segment, designing and executing plans to increase sales and re-enrolments from students who have previously travelled with EF
  • Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage and mentor a Part Time staff member, overseeing their daily sales execution and performance
  • Community Leadership & Strategy: Generate and execute innovative strategies to lead the community, ensuring they remain active, satisfied, and focused on driving business through referrals
  • Sales & Commercial Execution: Drive immediate results and achieve ambitious targets by identifying and engaging potential leads within target demographics
  • Events & Public Speaking: Organize and lead informative talks and represent EF at fairs and events to increase brand visibility
  • Content Generation: Utilize social media trends to create engaging content that resonates with the community and attracts new ambassadors
  • Market Development: Strategically plan and build market segments from the ground up, focusing on identifying and engaging specific target returnee demographics in Argentina

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor´s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Affairs
  • Preferable but not mandatory: having studied/worked/lived abroad
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is important for this role due to our international scope
  • Experience with marketing and/or sales
  • Preferable but not mandatory: Experience in event planning and execution
